As an in-house manufacturer of polyester webbing slings and round slings, FRT has the equipment, expertise, and certifications to produce bespoke lifting slings to any working load limit (WLL), length, width, ply, eye configuration, and accessory fit-out you require.
Our custom sling fabrication service covers the full spectrum of synthetic lifting slings: flat webbing slings (1T–60T), endless round slings (1T–200T+), legged sling assemblies with masterlinks, safety hooks, and shackles, pipe slings, choker slings, cargo nets, and complete synthetic sling assemblies ready for immediate deployment. Both polyester (PES) and UHMWPE core options are available for round slings.
All custom slings are manufactured to EN1492-1 (webbing slings) or EN1492-2 (round slings) and tested before delivery. Certificates of Conformity (CoC) are issued as standard. Proof load test certificates, third party certification are available on request - meeting MOM, offshore project, and major contractor documentation requirements.

Unlike a standard eye-and-eye sling, the pipe sling features a widened contact surface at the load point, fitted with a masterlink preventing the pipe from rolling or slipping during the lift.
